Note: The prices listed below are for guidance only. Each case has its own complexity. We always agree on our professional fees with clients before commencing work to ensure transparency and fairness.
General Fee Policy
> Our hourly rates range from £250.00 + VAT to £350.00 + VAT based on complexity and caseworker experience. Most cases are handled on a fixed-fee basis.
> Initial in-person consultation (15 minutes): Free
> Online consultation (20 minutes): £30
> 45-minute consultation (with merits assessment): £150
> Fixed fees may be revised based on case complexity. All fees are confirmed before work begins.

Disbursements
Costs payable to third parties such as:
> Home Office fees
> Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS)
> Medical reports, interpreter fees, counsel fees, etc. These are not included in our professional fees and are the client’s responsibility.
Processing Times
Applications typically take 3–6 months.
Admin Reviews: 2–4 months
Cases may exceed these timeframes due to UKVI backlogs or case-specific issues.

Client Communication
> Communication by phone or email unless advised otherwise
> Clients must quote their case reference number in all communications

Fees with * are subject to the complexity of the matter. All Prices are subject to VAT except for Overseas Instructions & some Immigration matters. Before We Charge any client Fees, we mention VAT Rates where applicable.
