2. Minimum Consultation Duration and Fee

3. Each consultation is a minimum of 10–15 minutes, with fees starting from £30 (GBP or equivalent) payable in advance and non-refundable.

4. Online Consultation Fee Range

Online Consultation fees vary from £30 to £80, depending on the time and complexity of the matter. The consultation is a minimum of 15 – 30 minutes. Each session’s duration and cost will be confirmed by management prior to booking.

7. Individual Consultation Scope

Each consultation is intended for one individual regarding a single legal matter. The session will only cover inquiries from the designated caller.

8. Consultation Call Attempts

The designated advisor will attempt to contact the client up to three times at the provided phone number. If these attempts are unsuccessful, no further calls will be made without an additional fee.

9. Written Advice

No written report or advice will be provided at the end of the consultation. Should clients require advice in writing, separate fees will apply.

10. Discretion on Follow-up Advice

Follow-up advice on the same or related matter may be provided at the discretion of the consulting advisor. This decision rests solely with the advisor involved.
