Our Fee Principles
Fixed fees as standard
The fee for your matter is agreed in writing before we start. The price we quote is the price you pay for the work described.
No hidden costs
Government and other third-party charges (disbursements) are fully explained up front.
Regulated advice
All immigration advice is given by our IAA-authorised adviser, within our authorised scope.
How We Charge
Fixed fee
Most matters are charged on a fixed-fee basis. The fixed fee for your matter is confirmed in writing in your client care letter before any work begins and will not change unless there is a material change in your circumstances.
Hourly rate
Where work is charged by the hour — for example, a standalone consultation not followed by a fixed-fee instruction — our rate is £150 per hour. This single rate applies to all advisory work undertaken by our authorised adviser, Mr Vishal Gautam.

Good to know: If you choose to instruct us on a fixed-fee matter within 30 days of your session, your consultation fee is credited cleanly against the final agreed case fee.
