Cancellations and refunds
Clear terms before you pay
The full wording is in section 6A of our Terms and Conditions.
Booking for yourself
You can cancel within 14 days of booking and get a full refund, as long as the consultation has not yet taken place. If your consultation is within those 14 days, we'll ask you to confirm that you want it to go ahead; your right to cancel ends once it has taken place. Apart from these rights, consultation fees are non-refundable once paid.
Booking for a business
Consultations booked by or for a business, such as sponsor licence and business consultations, are not covered by the 14-day cancellation right and are non-refundable once paid.
Changing or cancelling
Use the link in your booking confirmation, or email info@vimmigration.co.uk with your name and the date of your booking. If we need to cancel or move your consultation, we'll offer you a new time or a full refund.
Going ahead with your case
If you instruct us on a fixed-fee matter within 30 days of your consultation, the consultation fee is deducted from the agreed case fee.
