How we help
What we advise on
We are immigration advisers regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority at Level 1, not solicitors. Appeals and judicial review need a solicitor or higher-level adviser, and we refer you if your case needs one.
Good to know
London questions, answered
Is there always someone from V Immigration at the London address?
No. Spaces runs the building and its reception; we meet clients there by appointment, so please book before you travel. Our team is based at our Birmingham office.
Do you also meet clients in Manchester?
Yes, by appointment at Spaces Deansgate, 125 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2BY. Book online, or call or email us.
Is a London meeting different from a phone or video consultation?
No. The advice and the adviser are the same. Choose whichever suits you.
Do you work with employers in London?
Yes. We help employers apply for a sponsor licence, assign Certificates of Sponsorship, keep records and prepare for Home Office compliance visits. Meetings can be at your premises or ours by arrangement.
Are you immigration lawyers?
No. We are immigration advisers regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority at Level 1. That covers most visa, settlement, citizenship and sponsor licence applications.
